Sikhlens Arts & Film Festivals UK is a registered not-for-profit charity in England and Wales (Charity number 1213567). We are committed to championing arts, culture, and storytelling to inspire and connect communities.

Our first UK event was held in 2023. Through our annual film festival and creative programmes, we create platforms for diverse voices, deepening awareness and understanding through film, music, and art.

Sikhlens USA has been sharing its work with global audiences since the 1980s. What began as a passion is now a growing movement. Join us today.

Harinder Singh

Chair of the Board of Trustees

Author and compiler of Jewels from Sikh Wisdom, a landmark, art-led introduction to Sikh heritage created in collaboration with The Singh Twins and Gopinder Kaur. Harinder leads Sikhlens UK’s cultural mission as Chair, drawing on decades of work in Sikh history, storytelling and education.

Sikhlens Founder and Trustee

Entrepreneur and philanthropist who founded Sikhlens and the annual Sikh Arts & Film Festival. Bicky is well known for building global platforms and events for creators. He spearheads initiatives such as Community Voices (with Chapman University’s Dodge College) that nurture new filmmakers and amplify community impact.

Singh Twins

Trustees

The Singh Twins are internationally acclaimed contemporary British artists whose unique ‘past-modern’ style has redefined Indian miniature painting for the 21st century. Their work, held in major collections worldwide, explores themes of cultural identity, history, and social commentary.

They share a long-standing creative relationship with Sikhlens, having contributed their artistic vision to previous projects. Today, they continue this partnership in a new capacity as Trustees for Sikhlens UK. In this role, they provide invaluable guidance, helping to shape the charity's mission to champion diverse arts and culture, and inspiring a new generation of artists and storytellers.
